Returns and Refunds Policies
At Baba Glass, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy. Please review the following terms to understand how to return your item and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving your product. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of Condition: A video of the product showing its condition must be sent to our customer service team at sales@babaglass.net for approval before the return is authorized.
- Approval: Refunds will only be processed after our team has inspected the video and approved the return.
2. Process for Returning Products
Follow these steps to return your product and request a refund:

Initiate the Return: Contact us at sales@babaglass.net within 3 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, the video of the product, and a reason for the return.

Video Verification: Provide a clear video of the product, showing its condition, to verify that it is unused and in its original state. Our team will inspect the video and confirm whether the return is eligible.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for shipping the product back.

Packaging: Repackage the item securely to prevent any damage during shipping. Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition.
- Failure to provide the required video proof for initiating the return.
- Returns initiated more than 3 days after receiving the product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Contact sales@babaglass.net with photographic or video evidence of the damage.
- Upon verification, we will either:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The process includes:

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Approval: If the item passes inspection, we will notify you via email that your refund has been approved.

Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Digital Wallets: Refunds through digital wallets may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
6. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
- For returns due to change of mind or non-defective reasons, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- For returns due to defective or incorrect items, Baba Glass will cover the return shipping cost. Please use the shipping service recommended by our team.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
